I was just wanting to know how to stop uploading after I’ve finished a download?

UMm...Well this is Peer 2 Peer which means Sharing with one another. If you Don't Share, the Network suffers.
If You really don't want to Share, right click on the file and click stop sharing. People that Don't Share are also known as Leeches and a lot of Hosts will Kill Downloads from Hosts that don't Share, which may make it harder to Download Files. Good Luck

I am more than happy to share. But sometimes the computer really slows down and I need to be doing other things. So its for those periods I like to disconnect.
