99%
i have no problem searching and finding files and they download fine umtil it gets to 99% then stops and say qued and wont let me continue or once it went to 100% but would only let me cancel it not clear it
what do i do plz help

Happens to me too. I found that I can get the file from the Incomplete folder and move it to my Shared folder. Even when LW says 99%, I find that the files are complete. This works with movies I download.
Don't know what causes the hangup. Oftentimes I'll see two files waiting at 99% (for hours) while other files go on to 100%. I use LW Pro 4.16.3
