Default Big problem with downloading!!! Need Help!

I have recently purchased and downloaded Limewire Pro version 4.16.6, I am getting the turbo charged connection and I'm also able to search with the files that I want. The only problem that I have is that I can't get the item to download. Im running on the Windows Vista platform and I downloaded Java. I just want to know what the deal is and if I have the right version of Java or what not. If anyone has a link to the right Java website that would be excellent, im just kinda hot that I cant get anything to download after spending the money for Limewire Pro. I would appreciate if anyone can help me with this problem.

When you click to download, do files move into the download pane? If not, try the advice here
License (click)

Or, do files sit connecting for ages & then get stuck needing sources forever? If that's the case, you're probably seeing fake files.

If you're searching for music files, use the All Types search & search for artist or album rather than song title. Go for a file with 10 sources or less...stay away from the files with huge numbers of sources.
If you're searching for video files, always chech the file with Bitzi before download. If a file has heaps of sources but no Bitzi rating, chances are it's a fake.

Check out the threads below for more info & tips, including how to use Bitzi
