incomplete

I restarted LM but download starting 1% now, but it was 41% done last time.
Is this normal ? I'm a first time user.

It sounds like you may not have closed LW properly ... it was still closing down but hidden from view. Some programs can linger in the system whilst the interface has vanished from view. Go to Library window, click Incompletes arrow at bottom, Select all the files in that folder and click Resume button. Hopefully this is an answer. If not, you may either have a dud file or else, LW has ignored the previous incomplete and started again but from other sources. Possibly due to the download hash having changed, which might be due to people changing file description, etc.
