I have a 15yr old son and i need to know if there is anyway to make it so he can only download music and no video we are having a porn problem in the house?

You could Filter out all Video File Extensions, but that will stop everyone from downloading Video.
If Porn is an issue then Don't let him have the Privilege of using LW. Stand up and be a Parent. I have Twin 15 yr. old Boys and they Know Better or they suffer the consequences.
