Everything I try to download says "Need More Sources"

Hello, Im trying to download music from limewire but I always get this "Not enough resources" for EVERYONE of my downloads. On one day I could download music but since that day I cant. I am running Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 3, v.3264Hard Drive:
250 GB

Processor:Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 2.80GHz (2 CPUs)
Memory:1022MB RAM
with a D-Link EBR-2310 router.
