lost backed up incomplete files

i recently backed up my incomplete folder and removed all files from my computer to free up space. now once i have returned it to my computer i have lost all the saved data. the names of the folders are there but not the already downloaded data.any clues on how to find it would be great, i copied everything from the incomplete folder originally and moved it back. have 4.16 limewire and am using windows xp.

If you didn't save Downloads.dat and Downloads.bak when you did the backup then you will have to delete the partially downloaded files and start again. These two files are what LimeWire uses to keep track of what has been partially downloaded. Without those two files LimeWire has no way of tellling which files are partially downloaded.
