hi I newhere, I've had limewire before but it disappeared so when I downoaled it goes to my settings/document file and doesn't work.can't remember how I did it before but I've got the file but they just sit there did I send downloaad to the wrong place?

I'm not certain but it sounds a bit like you may have got the LimeWire file from somewhere other than the official Limewire download site]. Try this link and see if you get a better result: [Edit]
I'd check this first and then try a fresh download putting the file into a new folder called "downloads" or something that you can find aznd use for all your downloads in future.

What kind of advanced level stupidity do you think you are pulling with the link you posted here ?
You imply to someone that they may have used the wrong download source and then provide a non-official rubbish site.
Do you not know the URL of the official LimeWire download site ?
