help. new update wont install

i started up limewire about an hour ago and it said there was a new update because of a bug. ok so i went to the link, and tried to install it but in the middle of installing it says its a corrupt install. i looked around the forums and realized i wasnt the only one with this problem but none of the solutions work and im assuming this is a problem solely with limewire. i have no limewire on my computer right now. i tried the install bout 4 times.

Yeah I have this same problem also. Plus I tried to refer to the FAQ's and it said that I have to remove the downloading accelerators and install managers. I tried deleting the ones I know, but I still get a corrupt message usually at the point where the installation is supposed to end. Anyone help me also?

Dont worry just download the 4.16.6, here is the site to get your limewire back. Go to www9.limewire.com/download/LimeWireWin-full-exe You should be good to go from there. All the songs you previously downloaded will appear in your library. Good Luck!

your link doesent seem to work... anyway i installed the 4.17 beta and yay it works. but its beta will that give me any problems?
