Same as any other document file. Click (or double-click) the downloaded file's icon.

Cool You'll need the right program
When you downloaded the movie what file type was it? AVI. .mov etc......that will determine what program you'll be needing. AVI's are windows media and .mov's are quicktime.

How do you switch between quick time and media player?
I already have both installed on my PC
