Have you recently updated your LW?? File locations have changed in the Later Versions. Hope this is what you are refering to. See Link Below

If you've updated LW and can't find your downloads!

You won't be able to take Files from the LW Library. These are M3U Files which are Playlist text files. They are not the Audio Files.
While in the LW Library click on Explore and this will take you to your Files saved on your HDD. This is when and where you should Drag From.
I don't use iTunes so after that I could'nt tell you.
