Why do you need 14 hosts? I believe that is now becoming redundant for the gnutella network, stealing too many ultrapeer connections which other people need to connect to the gnutella network with.

Which is better, (a) people connecting to the gnutella network with ease, or (b) a lot of people having connection problems whilst they are searching for reliable ultrapeer connections (they only need 3-5 to connect to the network with), whilst at the same time a few others are using up 10-14 ultrapeers for their own search & download desires for better personal results?
