| Go to the Control Panel - Administrative Tools - local security policy- IP Security Policies on Local Computer - Secure Server - Filter Action - Permit you can correct the permission there to allow uploading... I wish I could provide a better explaination but I'm still new to XP. I have the linksys router also and you will need to forward port 6346 I hope this helps...
