Cannot play any songs
Hello:
I would like to know why I cannot listen to any of the songs I downloaded, not even the preview download. The program runs fine, I can download the songs, but the media player is frozen. When I first started the program, yesterday, everything was great, but now I don't know what happened. My computer software is Windows Vista. I hope anyone can help me. Thanks, Alecita

If you're using the LW player, try disabling it (in LW tools > options > player) & see whether the songs will play with another player.
