new speed of 0kb/s

All of a sudden my dl speed on any file/torrent is 0kb/s. i did some reading and set up my router for port forwarding, Then set limewire to the same port. I then closed and reopened limewire and every thing was good. nice speeds.
After a couple of hours .....same thing all dl's at 0kb/s. So now i have to change ports every couple of hours and port foreward my router every time.

• I have an intel mac
• os x 10.5.2
• 1gig 667 mhz ddr2 sdram
• telus Velocity high speed dsl
• siemens gigaset se567 modem/router combo
• connected via airport card (wireless)
• LW is the only p2p i run
