my upload speed sucks please help
this is what my download and upload speed is
Download Speed: 1370 kbps (171.3 KB/sec transfer rate) Upload Speed: 144 kbps (18 KB/sec transfer rate) when people are downloading from me there speed is slow or it will say complete and its not at 100% why is that and please help me thanks
