Tekkenboy...I ran into the same problem a few days ago as well, the checked icon appeared in every search I did....I double checked with the search in itunes just to make sure that I didn't have the file already and I didn't...

In the end I avoided these files and selected another to download with success....

Why do these appear?? Not sure as yet, maybe another deterant from an outside source ie a fake....
