Please help me, I filled a drive and some avi files have been lost they completed as a download but with disk problem and they've dissapeared off my downloads menu I think they're showing in my library as incomplete and only 3/4 done when to begin with they had finished, they're not in my saved folder I think they're in my incomplete folder they're showing size instead of 0 bytes, possibly 3 gig of files I want???????

I understand disk problem is an error message but hopefully I can save these files??????
