Limewire is not best suited for torrents. Don't waste your time. LW is actually Blocked from Many torrent sites because of the way it has been implemented, hence the exact issues you're having.

Use either uTorrent or Azureus - now called Vuze.

If you have a Turbo charged Connection then the Uni is not Blocking ports.
