Default Need Help With Download (issue with Toshiba Disc Creator)

I use Windows Vista.

My Music shows up in my Windows Media Player. (Some of It)

I Use my Toshiba Dics Creator to burn CDs, They will play in both my car and My Girlfriends car, I use my WMP to burn CDs they will not player in her car, not sure why.

Problem is when downloading some of the music it shows up as .MP3 and some music shows up as .WMA.

Music now doesn't show up in Windows Media Library, it also doesnt play in my toshiba disc creators if the tag is .MP3 how do i know how to change this and direct the music to my windows media Library and play on my toshiba disc player.

The CD player in your cars cannot read WMA files, but they can play MP3s.
So they're working fine!

You download files in whatever format they were made. Want a WMA file in MP3 format? Search for the MP3 by that name! There is probably software available that will allow you to convert the file from one format to another. You might search for such a utility at download.com (or other free software site). I know such utilities exist for video files.

Not familiar with Toshiba DC. Curious, if WMP and both cars play MP3s, why do you want another format? If you don't like using WMP to burn CDs, you might try Nero.
