Hi bit of help please (limewire 4.9.3 pro)

Been using limewire 4.9.33 pro for a few years now never had any problems ever!!

but my connection now still reads turbo charged but the downloads speed reads 0 kbs and nothing will down load . Its states I have firewall but I turn it off and limewire still says |I have firewall ?

I am using windows xp
