You 'might' need to share those files you wish to play via LW.

Which player are you using to play the files with? LW's media player is not always reliable.
Keep in mind the spammed audio file rubbish MAJOR TOPICS for Upload/Download HELP. Let's hope you haven't accidentally downloaded any of those.

Whenever I click "explore" it brings me to the files I have and when I open them they play on windows media player. I dont know how to fix this.
