MG | So according to the above Quote, You say the Files are complete.
Do a Search of your Hard Drive for that file. If it comes up try Deleting it.
If no luck, try this program below.
Unlocker has helped a number of folks.
Try the advise here. Incomplete Download File won't delete at all.
