Need help. I have downloaded my first show and when I try to watch it using windows media player I have sound and no picture. When the sound is playing I am seeing the the skins that normally show when music is playing. The little jumping wiggling lines for lack of a better explanation. What setting do I need to change.

That means it's a CODEC issue. See CODECs list for Movies/ Alternate players.We 'HIGHLY' recommend getting VLC player as it has in-built codecs & plays almost all files you will come across on the gnutella network.
