 I was sharing over 3000 files and found LimeWire would eventually grind to a halt, consuming 100% of the CPU and about 100MB of memory. I dropped it back to about 400 files and I've finally been able to keep it alive for almost 24 hours without it bringing the whole system to its knees.  |
