hmm sounds to me like something is definitely wrong.

Make a note of all your LW Option settings, then try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/genera...der-vista.html

It may be corrupt preferences that are the problem.

BTW did you try using Bitzi lookup for those particular files? How to use Bitzi Web Lookup
