will not play

Hi, I still have problem's with certain music downloads,
5 downloaded fine, sixth one looks exactly same to all the rest but will not play.
This is Vista by the way.
Sometimes it will switch to Itunes and may or may not play the music.
Had pc engineer up the other day, he said ''I know nothing about Limewire'',
another one said ''I know a bit''.
There is so much to know on Limewire and I have still not mastered the basics.
Any 'basic' help would be most gratefull.
