So the port range was the problem? If so, that means we can pass same advice across to other BT users.

Hi,

I think so, however, I had changed the port previously and had no joy. I am wondering if setting a static ip had an impact also? As since seting the static ip and seting the port range to 65000, I have had much faster speed.
