Yours is a torrent file. Unfortunately not a lot you can do other than be patient. Upload more torrents. Some torrent users (not using LW) set their torrent program so only those with a high ratio of sharing can download from them. For example my torrent ratio is 2.3xx .. which means I have uploaded 2 & third more than I have downloaded. Unfortunately LW does not seem to keep any record of share ratio. A share ratio of 0.3 for example would mean you have downloaded 3 times more data than uploaded & is seen as a poor share ratio.

For gnutella files, to search, simply search the topic again to find sources & hosts to download from.
