Please can someon help (I just deleted 6 yrs worth of downloads by mistake)

I just deleted 6 yrs worth of downloads by mistake through Limewire saved folder not realising that it was deleting off laptop folders. It hasn't sent it to recyle bin, they are just gone. Can anyone help?
