cancelling downloads. then few hours later they are complete?

i cancel downloads because i sometimes change my mind, then i delete them in the incomplete folder, tehn i empty my trash can. simple

but all the time, my downloads that i cancelled either re-appear in limewire, or if they dont re-appear, a few hours later, i get a message saying download complete!! even though im not downloading at all!!!

whats that about guys?
