help- half my downloads failed

Hi there,

When I played my 108 downloads I noticed that over 40 of them would not play. There is a correlation between those that would not play and a message I would get when I requested a download saying: "You already have the exact same file at C: documents and settings\my name\My documents\LimeWire\saved\the name of the song"...even though the song I was downloading was completely different.

As well, most of the searches I am doing now show a box with a checkmark (saying I have already downloaded) but they are brand new searches?!

Please help!

What sizes are the files that won't play??

Thanks for answering...All the files are mp3 files...about 2000kbs....what should I do? a VIRUS??
