Destination Folders

Limewire 5.1.2.1
Windows XP

Under Tools>Options>Downloads I've selected "My Documents" as the "Save downloads to" destination folder.

Under Tools>Options>Advanced>Files>Configure Download Folders I've specified various subfolders for the various file types. The subfolders I've specified all exist in the "My Documents" folder.

My problem is that all my downloads download to the "My Documents" folder, but not to the subfolders I've specified.

Any ideas?

I'm not sure about 5.1.2 but in 5.1.1 & earlier 5.x's, the Downloads location had no effect after initial set up. Only the advanced configure was the one that worked. 'Re-do the advanced one, giving LW the impression you have made a change (but haven't). See if that works.

For LW 4, the primary download folder always was the audio download folder. But 5 is different I think.

Edit: I just tested it. Yes it is buggy. All my files went to Saved folder instead of the specific folders I set them to.

I notice the incomplete folder as usual follows the Main download folder. But the category download locations are not working which is opposite to LW 5.1.1 & earlier where the main download setting did not work, but the category download settings did.
