purchased lime-wire pro 5. and received the four series, lime-wire not capable or recognizing my email address from the actual order so i can not upgrade to what i purchased?? any suggestions?

How much did you pay for LW Pro? And does the receipt of payment say paid Lime Wire LLC? If not you did not purchase from the official site.
