i am new to limewire and i am having a download problem i have windows xp with broedban coniction and every file i download stays at okb/s even if i am downloading from 8 host it stays ther forever and then it will start go up a couple kb and drop to 0 agian and stays ther is this normale can anyone help me?

Hello , just getting started. I was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem. Some of my downloads will not play with out access to a license. I paid for service and I'm limited to what I can play . . what is the answer to my problem . So far I am not too satisfied with lime wire and what it offers. correct me if I am missing something.
