I would suggest using a Torrent client like uTorrent or Vuse for large files.

Are these Audio or Video files??

LW is ok for single files but for full albums or movies, the above suggestion might take away your frustration.

It has to be said that I'm not au fait with torrents and the like....
Don't really understand them if I'm honest.

Heard lots about them, but when it comes down to it, having never 'used' them, I don't really know much....
They're audio files btw if that's any help....

Any elaboration in straight english would be much appreciated.
How do I use them and how would I benefit from using them?
