xp and limewire

I've running it on XP Professional. Runs like a dream. My upload slots are always full, and I seem to be able to find and download anything I want. Been doing it with 2.2.1 Pro for a few weeks now.

xp + limewire = no uploads
How did you get xp to allow uploads. I've tried xp and 2000 and can't get any uploads to come close to completion. what is the deal? pleeeeeeeze help....
