Hello my downloads seem to be finished but will not complete it says waiting remaining time unknown. Can anyone help? TY

Try restarting LW & see if things change.

Which version of LW are you using?

If LW 4 then go to LW's library & click on Incomplete Files. Highlight the file & click Explore - your incomplete folder will open outside of LW. Check to see whether the files are complete. If the file's complete, you can rename the file (remove the 'T-number' ) & move it to your saved folder.

If LW 5 then right click on the file in the download tray > locate on disk. Check to see whether the file's complete. If the file's complete, you can rename the file (remove the 'T-number' in the file name) & move it to your saved folder.

limewire 5 is what im using, my downloads were finished but wouldnt finish completely so i just restarted my pc and restarted lime wire and they completed. ty

I've had that issue sometimes also with an earlier version LW .. sometimes restarting LW does the trick.

Another thing could be lack or HD space or at least that was sometimes an issue in earlier versions. Like if you had a 1.4GB file and only 1GB free space then Limewire wouldn't be able to copy the temp file to download folder giving no error message.
