All Downloads Stall

I just upgraded to LW 5.3.6 Pro. Now almost any song I try to download will stall. Does not even get started. I have selected songs with 20, 12, 6, 2, whatever it all does the same thing. Never even starts the download. I have tried several different songs, several different users all does the same thing.

Any one have any fixes?
