There is a trick to change the temporary (incomplete) folder location to user's choice but I have never specified how to do it so far. If anybody really needs to know, ask. I did not know the appropriate answer in 2010 for an overall solution. I explained it in my previous post's link in March but then for some odd reason decided to remove it soon after. But is suggested in post#4 of that link.

Can anyone please explain the following:
When i uploaded pics and data from my mobile to a compute, i saw many orange cones on the screen. What does that mean?

Probably that VLC is the default playback tool on the computer.
