I had been using Bearshare now for a few years and have been using bearstart. Today---nothing worked. I finally took everything off my computer and was finally able to reload 5.1.1b25 along with bearstart. However when I click on Bearstart, the utility window comes up, but when I say ok, it does not reset my time back to July 2005, hence I get the expired message. I have no idea what to do to solve this issue, can I please get some help?? thank you

Have you tried the BSLoader, not File_Girl's version but the versions listed beneath in this post?
http://www.gnutellaforums.com/host-c...bearshare.html There's an updated BSLoader version, alternative delays before time returns back. If you are using Vista or higher, set the shortcut to Run as Administrator. Sorry I did not see your post earlier. |

As usual, it was operator headspace error. I went back and checked settings, as soon as I set it to run under XP-2, within five minutes it was working perfectly and still is this morning. Thank you though, appreciate the response.
