just after I downloaded the new upgrade ,my download speed has been extremly slow, its been getting to the lowest of 1-5kb, whats the deal here? I make sure all my settings are correct and , I have even concentrated all my bandwidth to my downloading, and negate my uploading, and I have monitor the downloading during afterhours and still the speed is the same. Im using a cablemodem.... should I just reinstall or somthing...............ergh,

This is with 3-4 downloads at the same times;

No Uploading;

this is threw out the entire Night and morning;

this with popular shared files and singles.;

I'm new. How do I download?
