If you have a burner, start the software that came with it and try it out.

I do have a burner and nero don't know how to get the file from the player to nero when i drag it it won't open. Thanks

Don't drag from a player. Start Nero, pick the type of disk you want to make,
then use the browser that Nero opens inside itself to find and select files.

Hi

I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me transferring my files from bearshare to nero it keeps saying it is not compatible. I have an emprex dual layer 16x dvd/rw since March and have not yet managed to burn a file.

As you probablly can tell I am new at all this.

It's a complex matter depending on the type of disk you want to burn and the
type of file you are starting with. Nero has some add-ons to help but you might
not have them.

Basically I have a small cartoon that I want to burn on to a dvd. I have nero express and when I go in to add the file it says that it is not compatible. I would just like to know how to make a dvd from bearshare to nero. I was advised to get this and have had it from march and have not yet been able to burn a film from bearshare to nero.

To convert files in Nero you need to add the Nero Vision add-on.
I think it's not very expensive, maybe even free if you are eligible for an update:

Hi Sherry I struggled with burning files on to dvd for months and wasted loadsa dvdrs and time. I have used nero, clone dvd and others but they all have problems.
