problem (TorrentQ codec question)

Hello,Im new here.Im not sure am I posting this in the right place,but I have TorrentQ,and problems.Whenever I download a movie file 100%,it doesnt load

says I dont have the right codec(DivX)But say when I download same thing on eMule,all works.Sorry if this is the wrong forum,thanks in advance.
