Need Help!~!!! (songs won't finalize) - Version 6.1

I am trying to download songs. They are downloading 100% but they won't finalize. The songs are stuck, it just says finalizing but they don't do anything from there. I tried e-mailing the help people in bearshare but they have not answered me. Please help me!

Finalizing? Are you using the crippled BearShare 6?
Try the recommended version instead.

I'm using bearshare 6.1. it works fine on my laptop with windows vista. I have a paid subscription and can add up to 3 computers what do i do?

I think they have a chat-like help line in the program somewhere. As long as you're stuck with
v6 it is they who control when you can listen to the music you've downloaded, and it might just
be a bit of downtime on the servers they use to issue the temporary licenses that enable your
player to work.

My songs are still not downloading I even tried downgrading from WMP11 to WMP10 and nothing. Their tech support is not answering any of my e-mails and they don't have a phone line to call. This really sucks. Any suggestions.

Try that recommended version. It's entirely free of that malfunctioning DRM crap. ;]
