So. I also did all the above with Port 60000. Changed it in bearshare. But still the yellow light is constantly on.
I got the static IP through the link you gave me above. My Modem has this adress. I typed it in manually. Quote:

That's an interesting static number. Is it set manually or are you
still letting it work automatically? That's the IP address your
