[Bug] Phex won't load after splash screen.

I'm using the latest "Stable" version of Phex, 3.2.6.106.

Here's the walk through of the bug:

I click Phex.
Splash Screen Pops up.


That's it, nothing happens after that.

Occasionally it will work, but most the time it doesn't.

Sometimes I click the splash screen, and it will go away, the client wont pop up, but phex.exe, and javaw.exe are still running.

Sometimes, the Splash screen freezes, and wont go away. When I drag a window over it, it leaves an imprint of the window. The Splash Screen is totally unresponsive.

When it does work, I'm very satisfied with Phex. I got it when I was looking for a gnutella client that wouldn't suck up 80% of my RAM.

It's really irritating.

My Specs:
Windows XP Professional
SP2
128MB of RAM
Intel Pentium III Processor.

Do you have anything in your PHEX_DIR/error.log?

If yes, can you post it?
