I know this question has prob been asked thousands of time but I can't be bothered to trawl thru old posts!! Can anyone tell me a complete technophobe like me how to transfer files from f/w to my ipod?
The files show in itunes under "shared" but I can't right click & select transfer to ipod like i can with purchased tunes.

I have tried all the ideas I've seen so far but nothing seems to be working. Undoubtedly I'm doing something wrong so if someone can break it down into idiot's terms, I'd be eternally grateful!
