ok i have a quick ? i bet someone can answer...the default folder from where files are downloaded is called the "shared" folder...do these picture files, music files or movie files become stored deep in the C Drive? my computer needs some cleaning so i was trying to consolodate old files, games, and stuff...is there any other locations where i can get rid of "old records of downloads"...thanks so much for your help!

The location of your shared folder is C:\Documents and Settings\"your account name"\Shared. Not that deep . Don't know about your other question. Try CCleaner - Home.
