i don't know whats going on latley
but is frost becoming more full of viruses
every month now since aug my norton blocks nailware or a virus and today a virus was blocked
in my 10 years of net i never got this
or are ppl disguising viruses as mp3s
i know the TOP of list are fake but this is getting be bit much
this getting annoying
no wonder ppl said years ago frost/lime are full of viruses
what do we do to stay safe


is lime facing same thing?

Well it would be because it's not a Frostwire or a Limewire issue, it's the Gnutella network that is being flooded with viruses....Frost and Lime are only the programs that enable you to download from the network...

Not to sure....

I use utorrent for movies and if you find the right site there are always plenty of comments that suggest if the torrent is any good or not....

For music I still use limewire, but you must make sure you scan the file before you play it.....A lot of files now look legit and they aren't...

ya well im frost op wold switching to lime be safer if same network?
lots ppl suggest go to you tube for vids sometimes i record the music from a you tube vid as mp3 w recording software
is there a safer network or is everything going to pot

yes i scan EVERYTHING norton blocks it even before its completed the veriify
